Upgraded Full Metal Lens Assembly V2.0 for Omtech Polar and Gweike Cloud

This is an improved lens assembly for the Omtech Polar and the Gweike Cloud. It replaces the stock lens assembly and affords the user several key qualities of life features.

A lens is NOT included.

For those who already have the V1.0 nozzle, you can purchase the upgrade kit to get the new lens body and the magnetic lens compatibility. The metal nozzle is fully compatible with V2.0. Do NOT get the upgrade kit if you do not have the metal air assist nozzle already. If you have any questions about which you need, please reach out and I’ll take care of you.

Features:

- Magnetic Lens for extremely quick changes and cleanings. Can be used with either the great magnetic lenses from American photonics, or a standard loose 15mm diameter lens.
- User replaceable lens. The lens can also be easily removed for replacement/cleaning without removing the rest of the assembly.
- Optimized airflow path. This helps in two ways.
- Reduces charring and burning around engravings and the edge of cuts.
- Acts as an air knife, keeping any dust/debris/residue from accumulating on or near the lens. This, in turn, reduces the frequency of needing to clean the lens and extends the longevity of them.
- All metal design for excellent strength, durability and high temp/flame resistance. Meaning it can survive whatever you, or your material, decide to throw at it. No more melted nozzles!
- As always, designed and made in the USA, Minnesota to be more specific, with American-made materials.

You will need a lens for this assembly. The lens in the OEM assembly is glued in place and therefore not compatible.

Again, a 15mm/AP Magnetic lens is NOT included.

This will raise the lens compared to the stock. With the loose lens it will be 0.5mm higher, and with the AP magnetic lens it is 1.5mm higher. I recommend performing a focus test to verify your new focus distances.

This lens assembly also reuses the lock ring from the original lens assembly provided by Omtech.
